Job Posting: Licensed Therapists (Master's/Doctoral Level) - Therapists Interested in Anxiety and OCD

Are you a passionate and skilled therapist with a strong interest in anxiety and OCD-related disorders? We are seeking licensed therapists to join our team in Ohio to provide exceptional mental health care to individuals struggling with anxiety and OCD. We have both in-person and telehealth positions available, offering flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our community. We are accepting applications for clinicians that work with adults, children/adolescents, or all ages.

Position Details:

In-Person Therapist:

  • Location: Columbus, OH

  • Office: We provide a fully furnished office and stylishly decorated space for your convenience.

  • Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom to set your own hours to maintain a healthy work-life balance. A hybrid schedule (seeing clients in your office or by Telehealth from your home) is possible and provides additional flexibility.

  • Caseload: Manage a caseload of 20+ client hours per week, allowing you to provide quality care while maintaining flexibility in your schedule.

  • Clinical Focus: Specialize in providing evidence-based therapy for anxiety and OCD-related disorders (as well as common, comorbid conditions).

  • Support: Collaborate with a supportive team of professionals dedicated to helping individuals achieve their mental health goals.

  • Patient Management: We handle all marketing, screening procedures, billing, and waitlists.

  • Compensation: Competitive compensation (based on experience and education), and excellent insurance rates.

Telehealth Therapist:

  • Location: Anywhere in the state of Ohio, offering remote therapy options.

  • Flexibility: Work from the comfort of your own location while helping clients throughout Ohio.

  • Caseload: Maintain a caseload of at least 15 client hours per week through telehealth, providing accessible and convenient mental health services.

  • Clinical Focus: Specialize in providing evidence-based therapy for anxiety and OCD disorders.

  • Collaborative Environment: Join a team of like-minded professionals committed to improving the mental well-being of clients across Ohio. 

  • Patient Management: We handle all marketing, screening procedures, billing, and waitlists.

Additional Benefits:

  • Billing: We take care of all billing, including submitting and collecting insurance claims, addressing claim rejections, and collecting co-pays.

  • Credentialing: All incoming therapists will be credentialed with our network of insurance providers, and we will take care of the credentialing process.

  • Optional Training Opportunities: Optional training opportunities in evidence-based therapeutic interventions are available if an oncoming provider is interested in becoming more specialized in the treatment of anxiety and OCD to help them learn industry standard practices.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

  • Current and valid licensure as a psychologist or therapist in the state of Ohio.

  • Specialization or strong interest in treating anxiety and OCD disorders.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Commitment to providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.
